The CM11 is a fully automated core cutting system designed for maximum productivity. A parent core is released from the inclined loading table and the auto ram core loader pushes the core onto the mandrel automatically. Just push the button and walk away. Once a process is started, the machine is fully automated. It can cut cores between 1” ID and 13” OD with no regard for wall thickness. Our new surface drive technology expands to accept larger cores without the need to change mandrel height, and adapts to the core diameter being cut, saving cycle time. Changing core diameters takes only five minutes.

Offering true “walk away” operation, the CM11 is designed to be operated around the clock. The machines feature an automatic knife height adjustment. Our most significant characteristic is the digital user interface, featuring a crisp touch screen LCD display. The new interface is user friendly and allows for on-the-fly adjustment. This unit controls every aspect of the machine, from cut width to core loading to core optimization. Jobs can be programmed in sequences, which can be saved, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
