This model is ideal for rapid batch cutting of cores to a specific length. The core is manually loaded and the desired core length is set. Then the operator presses the “feed button” on the panel and the cutting cycle begins. The core is automatically advanced until it is all cut or the operator interrupts the cutting cycle. The PIRAHNA is capable of speeds up to 90 cuts per minute.

This cutter will take a bite out of your waste, labor, and set-up time. The operator uses a touch screen to enter in the lengths and quantities of the desired cut set. This set can be stored, retrieved, and integrated directly into your shop floor system. The push of a button begins the cutting. When the program is completed, any remaining core is ejected into a waste container, and the next core is ready to be loaded. Automatic core loading and core de-stacking is available.
