Here’s an inexpensive way to make square, burr-free cuts in light to medium wall cores. Perfect for the low-volume user who wants to eliminate the hazards of saw cutting. It’s safe, easy to operate, and plugs into most wall outlets. The operator advances the core to the end of the stop and activates the core rotation with a thumb switch.

The Shark

For quality cutting of medium to heavy wall cores at an affordable price. The Shark is designed to meet the demand environment while producing clean, safe, burnished knife cut cores. Operation is simple and easy to use. The operator advances the core to a preset target and then steps on the foot pedal to energize the air assisted knife. The knife advances though the core and the process is repeated for as many cuts as required.

The Piranha

Automatic
This model is ideal for rapid batch cutting of cores to a specific length. The core is manually loaded and the desired core length is set. Then the operator presses the “feed button” on the panel and the cutting cycle begins. The core is automatically advanced until it is all cut or the operator interrupts the cutting cycle.

This cutter will take a bite out of  your waste, labor, and set-up time. The operator uses a touch screen to enter in the lengths and quantities of the desired cut set. This set can be stored, retrieved, and integrated directly into your shop floor  system. The push of a button begins the cutting. When the program is completed, any remaining core is ejected into a waste container, and the next core is ready to be loaded. Automatic core loading and core de-stacking is available.
