Fortune 100 Company Choses Core Systems

March 2010: CSI secured an order for a custom core loading system. The system includes two (2) Core Hoppers, a Core Elevator, a Core Singulator, and a custom core loading device. The system is capable of loading both 3" and 6" cores onto a cantilevered air shaft in under 60 seconds. The equipment will be shipped to a Fortune 100 company in the midwest.

Another Core Cutter Upgrade!

February 2010: CSI will be upgrading yet another existing Great White Core Cutter, this one for a large BOPP producer in the South. The upgrade includes a new Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC, Servo Drive Controller, and a PanelView Plus 7” Color Touch Screen.

Blown Film Plant Orders New Core Cutter

January 2010: CSI secured an order for a Patented Dual Mandrel (3” & 6”) Shark Core Cutter for a South Carolina blown/cast film plant. The Dual Mandrel Shark is two Cutters in one! It requires only floor space of one Core Cutter, and does not require the use of cumbersome build ups or cartridges to change diameters. The Core Cutter will be delivered in late February.

Two Core Cutters to Costa Rica

January 2010: CSI received an order for a two (2) Barracuda Table Top Core Cutters. These Cutters will be shipped to a global pressure sensitive label producer in Costa Rica. The Barracuda is an affordable way to accurately cut cores for low volume users.
